Back on track

So I was good this week and watched what I ate. I slipped a little on friday, going for Sushi and a big breakfast burrito, but I still came out down 5.6 pounds. So that's the 5 pounds I gained last week and I lost a .6 on top of that. The quest for <400 is still on.

So I did a little partying last weekend and I'm paying for it. I'm up 5 pounds this week. Time to buckle down.

new week, less girard all around

I lost 4.6 pounds this week, which brings my weight down to 408.4. The goal for this week is to get into the 300s. I think I can do it.

Oh...it's on!!!

So I weighed in this morning for week 2 of the plan. I weighed in at 413.0 so I lost 10 pounds the first week.

I'm off to a great start!!!
